摘　　要：针对Modbus控制网络不易实现远程监控的情况,提出一种建立Modbus远程监控系统的框架.将GPRS引入Modbus网络扩展远程通信能力.GPRSDTU传递Modbus数据到Internet中心服务器,中心服务器监听SOCK-ET并将Modbus数据封装为OPC服务器.利用RSView32等组态软件与OPC服务器交互来建立远程监控系统.已在实验室完成系统实现,验证了该框架的可行性.将研究成果用于自动化专业的教学,效果良好.Owing to the fact that it is hart to build Modbus remote monitoring systems,this paper provides the architecture for building remote monitoring systems for Modbus. GPRS communication is introduced into Modbus networks to improve their remote communication capabilities. GPRS DTUs transfer Modbus data to the center server in Internet; the center server listens to the SOCKET and encapsulates Modbus data into the OPC server; and configuration tools,which can interact with the OPC server directly,are used to build the remote monitoring systems. A demo system was implemented in laboratory and proved the feasibility of the architecture presented. Then the research result was used in automation teaching and obtained favorable responses from the students.
