真丝/氨纶包覆丝的包覆度对其力学性能的影响

摘　　要：采用3根21D的真丝和1根20D氨纶丝纺制真丝/氨纶包覆丝,结果表明:包覆丝断裂强力、断裂伸长和断裂伸长率在一定范围内是随包覆度增加而增加的,当包覆度增加到2500圈/m时,断裂强力提高112.98%,断裂伸长提高685.61%,断裂伸长率提高605.12%,包覆度在1500～2500圈/m范围之间,芯丝裸露现象较轻,包覆丝结构较好.21D with 3 silk,and a system of 20D Spandex Sifang Silk/spandex core yarn,test results showed that the coated wire breaking strength,breaking elongation and elongation at break within a certain range is included with the package Review degree increases,when the coating increased to 2 500 Circle/m,the breaking strength increased 112.98%,breaking elongation increased 685.61%,crack elongation rate 605.12%,coated degrees in the 1 500-2 500 Circle/m range,which the core wire exposed the phenomenon of light,coated wire structure is best.
