摘　　要：临床路径的应用从宏观角度讲具有规范诊疗过程、降低医疗成本、合理配置医疗资源的作用。基于卫生部《临床路径管理指导原则(试行)》及其附件临床路径标准,医院在具体应用中对其实现形式进行了有益探索,并构建了"临床路径影响因素模型",参照此模型对诊断类似的不同情况患者区别对待,分别从医疗质量、诊疗效率、医疗费用、医疗资源耗用角度进行权衡和细化,实现了面向不同患者群体的有针对性的最优临床路径。From a macroscopic view, the application of clinical pathway has the function of standardizing medical process, reducing medical cost and rationally configuring medical resources. Based on the clinical pathway standards of Ministry of Health Guiding Principles for the Administration of Clinical Pathway （for Trial Implementation） and its attachments, we make a useful probe into the implementation form in actual applications and construct a model for clinical pathway influence factors. Patients of different situations are treated differently in accordance with the model. Balance and details are made from the angels of medical quality, medical effectiveness, medical cost and medical resources respectively, resulting in a pertinent optimized clinical pathway for different patients.
