摘　　要：疾病知识库是一个面向医学专业人员,同时兼顾大众的知识仓库;其目标是满足初、中级临床医师的具体需求,即在临床工作中快速查找、全面掌握繁杂的疾病、药物、辅助检查信息的需求。探讨了构建疾病知识库系统中一些相关概念,如知识库、疾病知识库、本体等,介绍了疾病知识库疾病本体结构的设计和疾病本体属性的设计。Disease Knowledge base is used for medical professionals, taking into account the public＇s knowledge warehouse. The goal is to meet the specific needs of junior and mid-level clinicians, that quickly find a comprehensive grasp of complex diseases, drugs, laboratory examinations information in clinical work. This article discusses some related concepts in the knowledge base system： Knowledge, disease knowledge base, ontology, etc., introduced diseases knowledge base ontology structure design and disease ontology attributes design.
