摘　　要：JCI标准是目前国际较为通行的国际医院认证标准,在国内也逐渐得到认可。目前,在国内医院评审中也出现了参照和学习引进JCI评审的标准和方法的趋势。通过对JCI标准的理解以及在JCI认证中所作的工作和体会,指出医院信息化建设将要面对的挑战,并初步提出改进信息系统的设计方法和思路。JCI standard is a relatively general international certificate standard, and is obtaining acceptance in unlna. I his is a trend in domestic hospitals that JCI review standard is referenced and studied. Through making understanding of JCI standard and the works and experience in JCI certification, this article points out the challenges that hospital information construction has to meet with, and initials design method and thinking for improving information system.
