胎儿眼球测量及其生长规律

摘　　要：目的为了积累国人的胎儿眼球发育资料，并探讨其生长规律。方法随机收集因各种原因死亡的新鲜胎儿眼球１０４只，胎眼在胎儿娩出后１２小时内摘除，放入１０％福尔马林液固定２４小时后，由专人按照测量项目的顺序分别测量眼球，角膜和视神经等有关径线。结果胎儿眼球各径线随月龄增长呈近似直线上升趋势，胎儿眼球发育过程中一直是眼球前后径＞横径＞垂直径，角膜横径＞垂直径，与儿童和成人一致。Abstract Objective To accumulate materials and statistics concerning with the development of fetus eyeballs, and to provide an analysis on the related growth principles Methods A collection of 104 eyeballs, removed from the dead fetuses within 12 hours of their deaths, was made With the eyeballs being placed in the formalin liguid liquid in a fixed way for 24 hours, a systematic and detailed measurement on cornea, optic nerve and eyeballs was taken respectively Results The diameters of fetus eyeballs, cornea and optic nerve show and approximately linear growth rate with the increase of age of month In the development of fetus eyeballs, we have made such an observation,which is the same for both the adults and the children, that the eyeball antero posterior diameters are longer than the transverse diameters, while the transverse diameters are longer than the vertical diameters, and furthermore cornea transverse diameters are longer than the vertical diameters
