头孢布烯治疗婴幼儿肺炎的临床评价

摘　　要：目的:评价头孢布烯治疗婴幼儿肺炎的临床疗效和安全性.方法:将50例婴幼儿肺炎患儿随机分为序贯治疗组:26例患儿先以头孢呋辛iv gtt 3d后用头孢布烯po;对照组:24例患儿单用头孢呋辛iv gtt,总疗程均为7～10d.结果:序贯治疗组与对照组临床疗效比较无明显差异,头孢布烯细菌药敏试验结果敏感率为84.62%,较头孢呋辛(61.54%)敏感.头孢布烯无明显不良反应.结论:头孢布烯是治疗婴幼儿肺炎有效、安全的药物.AIM: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ceftibuten in the treatment of in-fantile pneumonia. METHODS: Fifty children with infantile pneumonia were randomly as-signed to receive cefuroxime[50mg/(kg. d) ,iv,bid] with ceftibuten[9mg/(kg. d) ,po,qd]af-ter administration of cefuroxime] in 26 patients and cefuroxime[50mg/(kg. d) ,iv,bid]in 24 patients. The two kinds of treatment methods lasted 7-10 d. RESULTS:No significant dif-ferences were found between 2 groups in improvement of clinical efficacy. An drug sensitivity rate of ceftibuten was 84. 62% and it was higher than that of cefuroxime. Ceftibuten had no obvious side effects. CONCLUSION: Ceftibuten is an effective and safe antibiotic for treat-ment of infantile pneumonia.
