置管引流术治疗高位肛瘘21例临床分析及若干问题探索

摘　　要：目的:采用置管引流术治疗"非腺源性"高位肛瘘,探索其有效性和安全性,寻求微创的术式。方法:通过21例高位肛瘘的手术治疗,观察其疗效、复发情况、肛门形态和功能情况等。结果:20例患者一次治愈,占95.24%;1例经二次扩创后愈合。经手术前后形态对比和肛门直肠压力测定,所有病例肛门形态和功能均良好。结论:"非腺源性"高位肛瘘可采用置管引流术,其操作简便、取材方便、安全有效。Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety on treating the noncryptoglandular high anal fistula by catheter drainage therapy and search for the minimally invasive operation. Methods： Twenty-one cases of high anal fistula were treated by catheter drainage therapy and the effect,recurrence and the form and function of anus were observed. Results： Twenty cases were cured in primary surgery and the cure rate was 95.24%; one case was healed after reoperation. The form and function of anus of all the cases were satisfied through form contrast and anorectal manometry before and after operation. Conclusion： Catheter drainage therapy is a convenient,effective and safety method on treating ＂noncryptoglandular＂ high anal fistula.
