摘　　要：通过对近15年关于中风病急性期证候学研究文献的复习回顾,探讨中风病急性期证候分布、兼夹组合、演变规律及其相关影响因素的研究现状,以期进一步完善中风病急性期的证候规范,为中风病的辨证诊断提供新的思路。This paper explores the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndromes distribution,combination,evolution law and related influence factors of apoplexy at acute stage through reviewing the literatures of the last 15 years on TCM syndromes of apoplexy at acute stage in order to perfect the standardization of TCM syndrome and provide clues for syndrome differentiation of apoplexy.
