摘　　要：与肥胖相关的代谢综合征发生率不断增加,但繁多的儿童代谢综合征的诊断标准阻碍了研究发展,因此迫切需要制定统一的诊断标准。及早防治儿童代谢综合征将明显降低成人慢性病的发病率和病死率,对减轻心脑血管疾病、糖尿病等慢性疾病经济负担有十分重要的意义。Recent years there is a sharp increase of the metabolic syndrome（MS） relating obesity in children.It is absolutely necessary to standardize clinical criteria for diagnosing metablic syndromes in children owing to the confused various diagnostic definitions for these diseases.To pay more attention to the prevention and treatment of MS in childhood,it will be very important for reducing the morbidity and mortality of the chronic diseases in adulthood,and lightening the economical burden caused by these chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes,etc.
