摘 要:以实现大规模定制模式下的绿色设计为目标,在对约束满足问题与绿色产品配置设计相似点进行比较的基础上,将其应用于实现绿色产品的配置设计中。按绿色产品客户需求的特点,将绿色产品的配置约束分为建议性约束和强制性约束,并在此基础上给出了面向绿色设计的产品配置约束转换与表达方法。针对产品绿色设计的特点,对传统的回溯算法进行改进,将一维约束过滤模块和建议性约束满足度计算模块融入回溯算法中,提出一种基于约束满足问题的绿色产品配置算法。以自动豆浆机产品的配置设计为例,对所提方法进行验证与分析。应用实例表明,该配置设计方法能够在短时间内实现产品环境属性与功能、结构及经济属性的优化配置。Targeting at realizing green design for mass customization,based on the comparison of constraint satisfaction problems (CSP) methodology and green product configuration design,CSP is taken to solve the green product configuration problem.According to the characteristics of the requirements of green product customers,the constrains in the process of green design are divided into proposed constraints and compulsory constraints,then the green design oriented product configuration constraints conversion and expression method are given.According to the characteristics of green product design,the traditional backtracking algorithm is improved,and single-dimensional constraint filtering module and recommended constraint satisfaction degree calculation module are merged into the backtracking algorithm,to put forward the algorithm of green product configuration based on CSP.Taking the product configuration of automatic soybean milk maker as an example,the above mentioned method is validated and analyzed.It has been demonstrated that the present configuration design method can realize the optimized configuration of product environmental attribute,functional attribute,structural attributes of products and economic attribute in short time.
