摘　　要：目的探讨后外侧合并极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的手术方法。方法 2007年5月-2009年11月在本院经手术证实的11例后外侧合并极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症采用经椎板、峡部及关节突切除、单侧固定融合手术治疗。结果本组11例,均经椎板、峡部及关节突切除、单侧固定融合手术治疗,随访3～24个月,平均12个月。采用Macnab疗效评定标准,优9例,良2例,可无,差无。优良率为100%。结论经椎板、峡部及关节突切除途径、单侧固定融合手术是治疗后外侧合并极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症安全、有效、可靠的手术方式。Objective to eveluate surgical treatment of lateral with extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation.Methods From May 2007 to November2009,eleven patients,suffered from lateral with extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation,were treated with unilateral fixation and interbody fusion using traslaminar,isthmus and facet resection approach.Results All patients were followed up 3 to 24 months（mean 10 months）using Macnab criteria.Nine patients were judged as excellent,two as good,zero as general or poor.The excellent and good rate was 100%.Conclusion Unilateral fixation and interbody fusion using traslaminar,isthmus and facet resection approach is a safe,effect and relible surgical method in treatment of lateral with extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation.
