摘　　要：目的：研究甲状腺及性腺激素水平与长寿的关系。方法：检测新疆和田地区维吾尔族（维族）百岁以上老人４４名的血清甲状腺激素（Ｔ３、Ｔ４、ＦＴ３、ＦＴ４）、促甲状腺素（ＴＳＨ）和促黄体素（ＬＨ）、促卵泡素（ＦＳＨ）、睾酮（Ｔ）、雌二醇（Ｅ２）水平，同法检测了该地区６５岁以上的健康维族老人３９名、和田地区干休所６０岁以上的汉族老人４７名及乌鲁木齐军区干休所６０岁以上汉族老人４７名，采用乌鲁木齐血站２０～３０岁青年献血者４０名为对照组。结果：四组老年组的甲状腺激素水平及性腺激素水平均低于青年组（Ｐ＜０．０１），百岁老人组略低于维族老年组，略高于两组汉族组，经统计学处理无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：百岁老人甲状腺及性腺激素水平与老年人无明显变化。Purpose: To investigate the relation between longevity and serum levels of thyroid hormones and sex hormones. Methods:5BZSerum levels of thyroid hormones (T3,T4,TSH,FT3 and FT4)and sex hormones (T,E2,FSH,and LH)were examined in 44 Uygurs over 100 years old and 39 Uygurs over 60 years old in Hetian of Xinjiang.These examination were also performed in 47 Han old people aged over 60 lived in Hetian and Urumqi sanatorium respectively.40 young people aged 2030 were used as controls. Results: Serum levels of thyroid and sex hormones were lower in four senile groups than those in the young gruop (P<0.01).The levels in the Uygurs over 100 years old were slightly lower than those in Uygurs over 60 years old and were slightly higher than those in Han old people.However there were no significant differences among all groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Serum levels of thyroid and sex hormones in old people aged over 100 have no significant differences with those aged over 60.
