超声引导下经阴道后穹窿穿刺治疗输卵管积水

摘　　要：目的观察超声引导下经阴道后穹窿穿刺治疗输卵管积水的临床疗效。方法将120例输卵管积水患者随机均分为两组,对照组给予青霉素、前列地尔、透明质酸酶常规治疗,治疗组在超声引导下经阴道后穹窿穿刺治疗。结果治疗后,治疗组显效率、有效率均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后下腹隐痛不适、腰酸坠痛、带下异常等症状积分下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组症状积分较对照组下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在超声引导下经阴道后穹窿穿刺治疗输卵管积水的临应疗效显著,可较好地改善临床症状。Objective To observe the clinical effective of transvaginal culdocentesis in treatment of hydrosalpinx under uhrasound - guided. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with hydrosalpinx were divided into two groups randomly. The patients in control group were treated with penicillin, alprostadil and hyaluronidase, while the patients in treatment group were treated with transvaginal culdocentesis under ultrasound - guided. Results Compared with control group, the marked improvement rate an^t effective rate were higher after treatment, there was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with before treatment, there was significant difference of symptom integration between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. While after treatment, the symptom integration in treatment group was lower than that in control group, there was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Transvaginal culdocentesis under ultrasound - guided has important value in treatment of hydrosalpinx, it can improve the clinical symptom obviously.
