摘  要:目的研究冬虫夏草钙制剂对小鼠抗衰老和免疫调节作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法以D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠为模型,测定冬虫夏草钙制剂对衰老小鼠全血丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及白细胞介素-1、6、8(IL-1、6、8)含量。结果①虫草组MDA含量显著低于衰老模型组和空白对照组(P<0.05),SOD及GSH-Px活性显著高于衰老模型组和空白对照组(P<0.05);②虫草组与衰老模型组比较,小鼠血清IL-1,IL-6水平无显著性变化,但IL-8水平升高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论冬虫夏草钙制剂具备抗衰老活性和免疫活性。Objective To study anti-aging and immunoregulation effects and mechanism of calcium agent from cultured Cordyceps sinensis (CCS) on aged mice. Methods The aged mice were induced by D-galactose,they were given dose of 0.1 g/ml CCS by 0.5 ml everyday for 4 w. Then the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) of blood cell and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and interleukin (IL)-1,6,8 in serum were measured. Results In the mice treated with CCS,the content of MDA was lower than those in model and blank group (P0.05),the activity of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly increased compared with other groups (P0.05). There were no significant difference of serum IL-1 and IL-6 among three experimental groups,but the CCS group could remarkably improve the activity of IL-8 (P0.05). Conclusions CCS shows anti-aging and immunoregulation effects on the aged mice.
