上海市家庭病床社会功能认知意向分析

摘　　要：为进一步确认上海市家庭病床在社区卫生服务的主导地位，对上海市三类人群进行了家庭病床社会功能认知的综合评定。结果显示，总体认知情况较好（家庭病床社会功能阳性认知率达９０．７％），但仍有不尽人意之处。建议提高认识，加强领导，加快培养全科医生并提高三个地位，调整家庭病床收费标准，使上海市家庭病床具有持续发展能力。For affirming the leading position of home beds in community health service, a synthesizing evaluating of home beds function was carried among three kinds of people in Shanghai city. The results showed there are better acknowledge level among three kinds of people in community health service but, some questions shall be resolved yet. The authors recommend it is important to strengthen leading and cultivate practitioners and modulate charge standard of home beds for sustainable development of home beds in Shanghai city.
