多层螺旋CT用于颌面部巨大型脉管畸形的诊断

摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在颌面部巨大型脉管畸形诊断中的重要性。方法:口腔颌面部巨大型脉管畸形临床病例12例行多层螺旋CT扫描,分析图像,结合临床表现,制定治疗方案。结果:12例口腔颌面部巨大型脉管畸形均达到满意的疗效。结论:分析颌面部巨大型脉管畸形多层螺旋CT扫描提供的图像信息,对临床治疗起到重要的指导作用。Objective：To investigate the importance of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of giant vascular malformation in maxillofacial region by analysis of multi-slice spiral CT imaging information.Methods：Twelve cases of giant vascular malformation in maxillofacial region were scanned by multi-slice spiral CT.Treatment plan was completed after analysis of multi-slice spiral CT images combined with clinical manifestations.Results：All clinical cases of giant vascular malformation in maxillofacial region achieved satisfactory effects.Conclusion：The analysis of the imaging information of multi-slice spiral CT scan can play an important role in guiding clinical treatment for giant vascular malformation in maxillofacial region.
