摘  要:为节省物流和销售过程中处理实物的时间,降低成本,提高效率,设计出电子化物流及渠道支撑管理系统,使用电子化物流与渠道可以不必以实物的形式来完成产品的运输、流转和销售,从而达到有效地降低成本,提高效率的目的。当顾客的支付信息被处理后,电子物流系统为客户发送订单确认信息。之后,电子物流系统对客户订单进行格式化,并将订单发送到离客户最近的仓储中心,完成交易过程。电子物流反映现实物流信息交换,通过信息分析、判断进行决策,控制现实物流运行,实时反馈给顾客。在整个过程中,交易管理系统同仓储系统、库存管理系统密切的协同工作。实验结果表明,该系统利用电子化的物流渠道,通过计算机和网络实现了高速传输,对于销售双方以及库存转移效率得到很大提高。In order to save the time in dealing with the products during logistics and distribution process, to reduce costs and to improve the efficiency, this paper designed the support management system on e-logistics and channels. With this system, it we can accomplished the transportation, circulation and sales of the products without in the form of material, so as to reduce costs and improve efficiency. When the customer's payment information was processed, e-logistics system sent the order confirmation to the customers. After that, the e-logistics system formated the customer orders, and sent the orders to the warehouse which is nearest with the customer to complete the transaction. E-logistics reflected the real logistics exchange information, through analyzing and judging the information,it can make decisions, control the real logistics operation and give feedback to customers in time. The trade management system, storage system and inventory management system worked together closely in the whole process. The experimental resuhs show that the system uses the electronic logistics channels to realize the high-speed transmission through computers and networks, and improves the efficiency greatly for both sales and stock transfer .
