摘 要:为监测水下装备内部密封环境防止渗漏,设计了一种低功耗的多点渗漏监测报警网络。该网络以新型凝露传感器HDP-07为核心,利用其对高湿度敏感表现出开关特性的优点,接成迟滞比较器对渗漏进行判决,通过与非门电路,实现多点的渗漏监测报警。详细分析了各功能电路的设计原理和计算依据,研究了门限设定和多点判决准则,并给出了实测参数和标定数据。实验结果表明:最大门限误差为2.5%RH,整机功耗约为10 mW,该方案具有较高的性价比和检测可靠性。To realize the detection of underwater equipments' internal environment and prevent the leakage, this paper designed a low power leakage detection and alarm network. This network is based on a new kind of condensation sensors HDP- 07, which shows the switching characteristic under a high humidity circumstance. By using the circuit of hysteretic comparator and nand gate, it realized multi-point leakage detection and alarm, also analyzed the theory of how to deign the circuit and the basis of calculations, then proposed how to set the threshold and multi-point sentencing guidelines. The measured parameters and calibration data were also given. The results show that: the maximum threshold error is 2.5% RH, machine power consumption is about 10mW.The program not only has a good performance and detection reliability, but also costs less.
