摘 要:提出了一种针对PCB厚密板线路,提高检测精度和效率的新型专用光源照明系统。该系统通过光源入射角度与PCB板表面光吸收性的有效匹配,引入新型的光源分布及其空间三维模式。获取了区别于一般暗场低角度环形光的图像,更加有效地得到了高对比度、高分辨性的事实图像。结合其自身系统与光源的有效匹配,得到了有价值的成果。理论分析、仿真设计及实验结果均表明,该系统可以解决目前存在于厚密板PCB线路检测中的诸多难题,例如光源背影造成图像劣化和厚密线条所造成的测量精度降低等问题。可以广泛应用在以线宽检测机为代表的线路测试仪器,以最终外观检查机为代表的色彩识别仪器以及以AOI为代表的区域识别仪器等诸多方面。A new dedicated lighting system which improves the accuracy and efficiency of HDI (high-density interconnect) PCB detection is proposed in the paper. By researching effective match between the light incident angle and PCB surface absorptivity, a new type of light source and its spatial three-dimensional model is introduced. Getting a different image from the ordinary dark field low angle ring light, the real image is obtained with high-contrast and high resolution. Combined with effective match between its own system and light source, valuable achievement is received. Theoretical analysis, simulation design and experimental results indicate that this system can solve many problems, which currently exists in HDI PCB inspection, such as image degradation caused by the shadow of light source, inaccurate measuring caused by high-density line and etc. It can be widely applied in PCB line inspection instrument represented by PCB line gauge, color recognition instrument represented by PCB automatic final inspection and region recognition instrument represented by AOI, etc.
