摘　　要：目的研究代谢综合征的中医证候特点。方法对303例代谢综合征患者进行调查,分析其证候特点及其与BMI、血脂的关系。结果代谢综合征以痰湿内蕴型最多见,且痰湿内蕴型代谢综合征的BMI和血脂较高(P<0.05)。结论代谢综合征以痰湿内蕴型最多见,其主要病机为痰湿内蕴。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of Chinese medical pattern of metabolic syndrome.Methods Three hundred and three patients with metabolic syndrome were surveyed to analyze the characteristics of metabolic syndrome and its association with BMI and blood lipid.Results The most frequent pattern of metabolic syndrome is phlegm-dampness accumulation,and metabolic syndrome is of higher BMI and blood lipid.Conclusion Metabolic syndrome is primarily due to phlegm-damp accumulation.
