健脾复方对大肠癌移植瘤裸小鼠前列腺素表达的影响

摘　　要：目的研究健脾复方对大肠癌移植瘤裸小鼠肿瘤前列腺素表达的影响。方法对40只BALB/C裸小鼠建立大肠癌原位移植瘤模型,并随机分为健脾复方组、塞来昔布组、5-Fu组、模型对照组,另取10只为空白对照组。治疗8周后,采用酶联免疫分析(ELISA)检测肿瘤组织前列腺素E2(PGE2)、前列腺素H2(PGH2)和前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)的浓度。结果健脾复方组、空白对照组的PGE2浓度均低于模型对照组(P<0.05);5-Fu组与模型对照组、塞来昔布组之间PGH2浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组PGF浓度无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论健脾复方可能是通过PGE依赖途径抑制大肠癌的发生发展。Objective To study the effects of ＂Jianpi Decoction＂ on prostaglandins expression in nude mice of human colorectal cancer grafts.Methods Human colorectal cancer orthotopic transplanted tumor model was established in BALB/C nude mice.The nude mice were randomized into ＂Jianpi Decoction＂ group,celecoxib group,5-Fu group,model control group,and blank control group.All groups received respective treatments for 8 weeks.The concentrations of PGE2,PGH2 and PGF2α were assessed by enzyme immunoassay（ELISA）.Results The concentration of PGE2 was significantly lower in ＂Jianpi Decoction＂ group and blank control group than in model control group（P〈0.05）;there were great differences in the concentration of PGH2 between 5-Fu group and model control group,celecoxib group（P〈0.05）;the concentration of PGF2α was insignificant among these groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ＂Jianpi Decoction＂ can treat colorectal cancer by inhibiting the secretion of PGE2.
