摘　　要：特需医疗服务是我国医疗卫生系统中一项政策性很强的改革措施。在文献研究和政策梳理的基础上,对我国特需医疗服务的历史发展进行回顾。通过阐述特需医疗的各个发展阶段,包括特需医疗的兴起、特需医疗的推介、特需医疗的发展和特需医疗的限控,了解相关政策的目的和意义,从而明晰现实发展中存在的问题,提出了完善相关政策,引导其未来的合理、有序发展的建议,为特需医疗服务的未来发展提供必要依据。Based on the review of literatures and policies,a historical retrospect on the development of special medical service in China has been made.By describing each stage of its development,including the start,marketing,development and control of special medical care,and understanding the purposes and significance of the relevant policy measures,the existing problems have been clarified and a necessary basis for the future development of the service has been provided.
