摘 要:马钢CSP精轧机前段机架工作辊在线磨损量大且不均匀,造成了工作辊换辊频繁,成品带钢板廓不良,直接影响热轧产量。通过提高轧辊硬度和增加工作辊冷却的方法来降低轧辊在线磨损,进而提高带钢板形质量,跟踪分析高速钢材质轧辊在现场投用的过程及应用特点,总结并制定了高速钢轧辊的使用工艺。生产实绩证明,高速钢轧辊比高铬铁轧辊在线磨损量小、毫米轧制吨位高、热轧带钢的板形质量高。The uneven and larger wear of work rolls seriously affected the strip profile adversely,and made workroll change frequently,which had serious effect on production in Masteel CSP.By increasing the workroll hardness and improving workroll cooling,the wear rate of work roll was reduced and the contour quality of strip was improved.The actual performance and application characteristics of workroll made of HSS was tracked and analyzed,and the service manual of HSS workroll was summarized.The service experiences show that,comparing with the high chromium iron workroll,the high speed steel rolls can greatly reduce the work rolls wear and raise rolling tonnage pre-millimeter and the strip quality.
