摘 要:利用间隙率U法和流动时间S法表征细集料棱角性,分析表明,两者具有明显的线性相关性,其回归系数可用于细集料棱角性的间隙率U与流动时间S指标间相互换算。通过SMA-13沥青混凝土路用性能试验,分析了细集料棱角性对SMA沥青混凝土性能的影响规律,建立了沥青混凝土性能与细集料棱角性表征指标的相关关系,结合沥青混凝土路用性能要求,提出了沥青混凝土路面细集料棱角性技术标准。结果表明,这可作为沥青混凝土路面施工技术规范的修订建议,以提高石料企业加工细集料的质量。The fine aggregate angularity is described by the voids in fine aggregate(U) and flow time method(S). Analysis shows the fine aggregate angularity U is well correlative with S, and their regression coefficients are applied to compute the fine aggregate angularity U as S or S as U. On the basis of tests for the pavement performances of SMA-13 asphalt concrete,the effect regulations of fine aggregate angularity on the pavement performances of SMA asphalt concrete are analyzed. The correlations between the asphalt concrete performances and the description indexes of fine aggregate angularity are built. The technical standard of asphalt pavements fine aggregate angularity is proposed with the pavement performances demand and their computing relation. Result shows that it can be as revision proposal of technical specification for asphalt concrete pavements construction, and improve fine aggregate quality crushed as stone plants.
