埃索美拉唑在反复发作性咳嗽中的干预作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨埃索美拉唑在反复发作性咳嗽中的干预作用。方法:收集以反复发作性咳嗽为主要症状的患者37例,根据慢性支气管炎和慢性咳嗽诊断标准而排除,男13例,女24例,年龄31～72岁,平均41.3岁,在咳嗽的同时伴有相应的上消化道症状,而内镜检查阴性,在每例第1次治疗时仅用抗生素治疗,观察1年中的发病情况,1年后再发病的除因咳嗽使用常规抗生素外,加用口服埃索美拉唑片剂20mg,bid或40mg,qd,按治疗胃食管反流病的方法,服用4周。在治疗的过程中记录咳嗽减轻到停止的量化记分、咳嗽缓解间隔时间及埃索美拉唑的不良反应。结果:加用埃索美拉唑治疗后,咳嗽症状的消失天数、整个治疗疗程缩短,缓解的持续时间明显延长(P<0.01)。结论:埃索美拉唑在反复发作性咳嗽中的干预作用是明显有效,而且没有明显不良反应。OBJECTIVE To investigate the intervention role of esomeprazole on recurrent cough. METHODS In order to eoafirm recurrent cough as the main symptoms of the patients,according to the diagnostic criteria 37 cases of chronic bronchitis and chronic cough, symptoins were enrolled： 13 males and 24 females, aged from 31 to 72 years old, with an average age of 4l. 3 years old, cough accompanied by a corresponding upper gastrointestinal symptoms and endoscopy-negative. In each case the first treatment, the incidence was observed in one year, a year after the onset of the addition to the use of conventional antibiotics due to cough, the plus with oral esomeprazole tablets 20rag, 2 times a day, or 40 rag, once a day. According to the method of treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, the drugs were taken for 4 weeks. In the course of treatment,the quantitative score of alleviating cough symptom to stopping cough,interval time of cougheasing and the side effects of esomeprazole were re corded. RESULTS Addition of esomeprazole treatment, cough symptoms disappeared a few days, the entire treatment course shorter duration of remission was significantly longer （P〈0. 01）. CONCLUSION Esomeprazole used as intervention.
