摘  要:目的优选渗漉法提取砂仁乙酸龙脑酯的最佳工艺参数。方法采用正交设计法,对乙酸乙酯加入量、渗漉时间等因素进行考察。通过气相色谱法测定各提取液中主要有效成分乙酸龙脑酯的含量,确定其最佳工艺。结果最佳成型工艺参数为:将砂仁粉碎为100目细粉,加入砂仁量10倍量乙酸乙酯,浸泡24 h,渗漉48 h,乙酸龙脑酯的收率达到17.28 mg/g砂仁,RSD=2.70%,n=6。结论该工艺合理可行。Objective It is to optimally select best process parameters of extracting effective components Bornyl Acetate in villous amomum with percolation process. Methods The parameters such as the addition of ethyl acetate, percolation extraction time were investigation with orthogonal design. The contents of bornyl acetate in each extraction liquid were determined with gas chromatography to determine best parameters of extraction. Results The best process parameters were as follows: villous amomum powder grainsize 100 mesh, ethyl acetate 10 times addition of villous amomum, immersion time 24 h, diacolation time 48 h. The extraction rate of bornyl acetate was 17.28 mg/g villous amomum, RSD = 2.70% ,n = 6. Conclusion The extraction process with ultrasonic method is reasonable and feasible.
