摘  要:目的:分析壮药大头陈挥发油的主要化学成分。方法:分别采用超临界CO2流体萃取法和水蒸气蒸馏法提取大头陈的挥发油,并通过GC-MS技术对其进行分析,面积归一化法测定计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:水蒸气蒸馏法提取的挥发油共鉴定出57种成分,占挥发油总成分的92.19%;超临界CO2流体萃取法提取的挥发油共鉴定出39种成分,占挥发油总成分的70.75%。结论:2种提取方法得到的大头陈挥发油组分与含量差别较大,该实验结果为了解其挥发性成分及进一步开发应用提供了依据。Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of essential oil from Adenosma indianum (Lour.) Merr..Methods:The essential oils were extracted from Adenosma indianum (Lour.) Merr.by supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and steam distillation (SD).The amount of the constituents from the essential oil was determined by normalization method,and the constituents separated were identified by GC-MS.Results:There were 57 constituents from Adenosma indianum (Lour.) Merr.by SD that composed of about 92.19% of the total essential oil were separated and identified;There were 39 constituents by SFE that composed of about 70.75% of the total essential oil were separated and identified.Conclusion:The constituents of essential oils extracted by SFE-CO2 were different from that of extraction by SD.The result provided evidence for understanding the constituents of essential oils and explitation of Adenosma indianum (Lour.) Merr..
