市级药检所应用《药品质量应急检验排查基本模式》的思考

摘　　要：目的探讨基层药检所如何结合实际,为应用《药品质量应急检验排查基本模式》(以下简称《排查模式》)提供技术支撑。方法列举了我所应用《排查模式》处理应急检验的两个例子,总结了应急检验的实战经验。结果制订了《汕头市药品检验所应急检验实验室保障工作条例(暂行)》。结论基层药检所应用《排查模式》必须简化程序、强化演练、探索建立适合自己的应急体系。Objective To discuss and explore how the drug control institutes at lower management levels can apply ＂Basic Mode of Emergency Testing Investigation on Medicine Quality＂ in practice of monitoring,so as to offer technical supports. Methods By giving two examples of handling emergency test with the use of ＂Investigation Mode＂ done by our institute,to summarize the experiences we gained from practice.Results ＂Work Regulations on Safeguarding Measures of Emergency Testing Laboratory of Shantou Municipal Institute for Drug Control （Tentative）＂ was drafted. Conclusion Drug Control Institutes at lower management levels must explore and build up a suitable emergency testing system by the way of streamLining the procedures and reinforcing drill.
