摘　　要：目的了解辽宁医学院附属医院门诊消化系统疾病用药的现状及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用限定日剂量分析方法及excel软件,调查、统计和分析门诊2008年下半年成人处方中诊断为消化系统疾病的处方。结果销售金额排1～3位的是抗酸药与胃粘膜保护药、抑酸药、肝胆疾病用药。在39种所用药品中,DDDs位于1～3位的分别是抑酸药、胃粘膜保护药及肝胆疾病用药。39种消化系统药物中,DUI>2的有1种,DUI≤0.5的有1种。结论我院消化系统药物的使用基本合理。Objective To understand the status and development tendency of drugs for digestive system in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Medical College,so as to provide the reference for rational usage of these drugs. Methods Using DDDs and excel,to investigate the digestive diseases prescriptions in 2008. Results The sales ranked 1st^3rd were the antacids and gastric mucosal protection drugs,acid-suppressing drugs,medication-assisted hepatobiliary. In 39 kinds of medicines in DDDs used at the 1st^3rd,respectively,were acid-suppressing drugs,gastric mucosal protection drug and assisted hepatobiliary drug. Among 39 kinds of drugs for digestive system,there were one who was DUI〉 2; one was DUI ≤ 0.5. Conclusion The drug usage of digestive system in our hospital is rational basically.
