摘 要:随着高层建筑的不断发展,建筑用钢板的需求量不断增加,性能要求也不断提高。介绍了高层建筑用钢板的性能要求,指出了建筑用钢向高强度、厚规格和高性能方向发展的趋势,重点阐述了低屈强比、窄屈服波动、抗层状撕裂、低屈服点、大线能量焊接和耐火等高性能建筑用钢的生产现状、组织机理和工艺路线。同时,概述了国内外钢铁企业高层建筑用钢板的先进生产技术。With the development of high-rise buildings, the demand of the steel plates for high-rise constructional steel and its performance requirement continues to upgrade. The performance requirement of steels for high-rise buildings was introduced and the developing trend in terms of high strength, heavy thickness and high performance were pointed out. The production situation, microstructural mechanisms and processing routes of the high performance steels for high-rise buildings with special characteristics such as low yield ratio, narrow yield fluctuation, laminar tearing resistance, tow yield point, large heat input welding, fire resistance and so on were especially stated. Meanwhile, the advanced producing technologies of the steels for high-rise buildings in the steel enterprises at home and abroad were summarized.
