摘 要:通过向焦煤中加入添加剂的方法在实验室炼制出含有不同铅锌化合物的焦样,并用热重的方法对焦样进行了反应性试验。通过化学分析和SEM扫描电镜分析,研究了铅锌化合物对焦炭溶损反应的影响,并分析了铅锌化合物在焦炭中的分布规律及存在状态。结果表明,添加不同的铅、锌化合物都会增加焦炭的反应性,但增加的幅度和趋势不同。铅、锌在焦炭中的存在状态和炼焦过程发生的反应有关。The coke with lead and zinc compounds were produced by adding additive to coking coal and the coke reactivity test with thermogravimetry were carried out. By chemical analysis and SEM analysis, the catalytic effect of lead and zinc compounds on the solution loss reaction of coke were investigated, the distributions and exist state of lead and zinc in the coke sample were analyzed together. The results show that adding different lead and zinc compounds will increase coke reactivity, but extend of increase are different. The exist state of lead and zinc in the coke sample are associated with the reaction occurred in the process of coke making.
