摘  要:采用盐浴等温和Gleeble热变形后等温处理研究了釩、氮微合金化对高碳钢77B性能的影响。结果表明:620℃盐浴等温后微合金化钢比未微合金化钢的强度显著增加,韧性略有下降,V(CN)的沉淀析出提高了组织的强度,但对珠光体团几乎无细化作用;经920℃热变形620℃等温处理后,两种试验钢的强度和韧性与盐浴等温相比,均得到了有效提高,釩、氮微合金化的77B钢珠光体团发生了显著的细化。Effection of V, N micro-alloyed on the properties of high carbon steel 77B was studied by salt-bath isothermal treated and thermal deformed then isothermal treated. Results show that after salt-bath isothermal treated at 620 ℃, the strength of V, N micro-alloyed 77B is more higher, but the toughness is decreased a little contrast to no micro-alloyed 77B. Precipitation of V(CN) can improve the strength of the 77B, but there's little effect on refining pearlite colony; after deformed at 920 ℃ and 620 ℃isothermal treated, strength and toughness of the two steels mentioned above are all improved, contrast to the properties after salt-bath isothermal treating. Moreover, the pearlite colonies of V, N micro-alloyed 77B are refined significantly.
