摘 要:城市雨水管道径流直接排放对受纳水体水质有很大影响,如何有效控制径流污染是我国城市尤其是污水处理率达到较高水平的城市(如北京、上海等)所面对的一个重大问题。在已建成城市/区,大范围源头径流控制措施的应用受到一定限制,而其他常规径流污染控制措施,如径流调蓄池因需要较大的空间条件和建设运行成本难以大量推广。介绍一种小管截流方法,阐述其原理和特点,探讨设计截流量、小管管径设计和确定方法等关键问题;分析不同条件下小管截流方法对径流污染的控制效果以及需注意的一些问题。研究结果表明,该方法结构简单、土建投资低和运行费用小,具有较大的应用潜力。The direct discharge of urban storm sewer runoff has great effect on receiving water body quality. How to effectively control the runoff pollution is a serious problem in Chinese cities, especially cities with a high treatment rate of sewage, such as Beijing, Shanghai and so on. The wide implementa- tion of source control measures is restricted in constructed cities, and other measures, like storage tank, are difficult to be widely applied due to need of larger space and high construction and operation costs. A branch interception method is proposed, and the principle and characteristics of the method are intro- duced. Several key problems such as design and determination of interception rate and branch diameter are discussed. The control efficiency of runoff pollution by the method as well as the points to which should be paid attention are analyzed. The results show that the method has a simple structure, low civil work investment and low operation cost, and it has great application potential.
