摘  要:以上海援建四川都江堰市西区自来水厂为研究对象,从西区水厂高浊度原水特性和发生高浊度事故分析出发,研究了采用常规工艺的水厂应对突发高浊度原水处理的优化设计和生产运行管理的应急预案。工艺设计主要在参数选择、设备选用和排除泥沙措施等方面进行优化;生产运行管理的应急措施从原水预警,进水浊度和流量的控制,絮凝沉淀、加药、排泥和滤池的运行控制等方面考虑,可以科学指导应急措施迅速、高效、有序地实施。Taking Dujiangyan West Drinking Water Plant funded by Shanghai Government as an example, the design optimization for treatment of sudden high turbidity raw water and the emergency plan for production operation management of water treatment plant using conventional processes were studied by analyzing the characteristics of high turbidity raw water and high turbidity events in West Drinking Wa- ter Plant. The design optimization involves parameter selection, deviee selection, silt discharge and so on. The emergency plan consists of raw water early warning, turbidity and flow control, operation eontrol of coagulation, sedimentation, ehemical adding, sludge discharge and filter, which guarantees rapid, high efficient and orderly action.
