摘　　要：通过对国际体育仲裁基本涵义的概述,分析了上海设立国际体育仲裁院分部的必要性,并从国际体育仲裁与国际商事仲裁的差异角度对国际体育仲裁院设立上海分部的法律障碍进行思考和探讨。Summing up the basic implications of international sport arbitration,the article analyzes the necessity of setting up a branch of the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Shanghai and discusses the legal obstacles of establishing a branch in Shanghai according to the differences between international sport arbitration and international commerce arbitration.
