摘 要:总结了C4ISR/M&S互操作性的定义,归纳了互操作性产生的原因以及互操作性测评方法;梳理了目前解决互操作性的四种主流方案,并提出了在系统开发的整个生命周期统筹系统分析与设计,规范系统的开发,降低系统间异构性的组织互操作性保障方法;以及着眼于提高数据和服务的可见性与可访问性的技术互操作性框架.通过在两个层面上降低系统的异构性,以期达到系统间的一体化互操作。The definition of interoperability in C^4ISR/M&S was given, and the cause of this issue and the measurement of interoperability were also summarized. Then four existing solutions to the interoperability obstacle were discussed. On the one hand, to ensure the interoperability, a new reasonable method which analyzed and designed the system in the view of the whole-life-circle of a system development was put forward based on these four solutions. This method, included the standardized approach of system development, could depress the heterogeneousness of interoperability. On the other hand, a technical interoperability framework which could improve the visibility and accessibility of data and services was put forward as well. Based on these two ways, the goal-coalition interoperability could be achieved.
