摘  要:以自由基聚合反应动力学原理为基础,研究中间相炭微球水基浆料凝胶反应动力学。考察了引发剂用量、催化剂用量、模具温度和单体浓度对凝胶反应的影响。结果表明,当引发剂初始浓度小于或等于10.96 mmol/L,中间相炭微球水基浆料的凝胶反应时间和诱导时间与引发剂初始浓度的-1/2成正比;当引发剂初始浓度大于10.96 mmol/L时,凝胶反应时间和诱导时间为常数。在引发剂加入量足够的情况下,随着模具温度的升高,诱导时间大大缩短,凝胶反应时间基本不变;凝胶反应时间和诱导时间都随单体浓度的增加而减少,与催化剂的加入量无关。The dynamics of gelcasting of aqueous mesocarbon microbead suspension was studied on the basis of the mechanism of free radical polymerization. The effects of concentration of monomer acrylamide (AM) and initiator ammonium persulfate (APS), mould temperature and the dosage of catalyst tetramethylethylenediamine (TEMED) on gelation time and inhibition time were investigated. The results showed that the gelation time and inhibition time were direct proportion to the negative one half power of concentration of initiator when the concentration of initiator was not more than 10.96 mmol/L and the gelation time and inhibition time were constant when the concentration of initiator was more than 10.96 mmol/L. When the initiator was sufficient, the inhibition time was shorten and the gelation time almost remained constant with the increase of the mould temperature, while the gelation time and inhibition time decreased with the increase of the monomer concentration and were indepedent on the doage of catalyst.
