摘　　要：通过对农村流动人口在南京"蔬菜村"生活与经营状况的描述和分析,揭示出家族网络在社会流动下的组织、结构和功能的变迁;认为家族作为一种富有生命力的文化传统,在演进中可以实现现代化的转身。Through the description and analysis of the life and the state of the countryside transient population in Nanjing＇s ＂vegetable village＂,this paper promulgates the clan network＇s vicissitudes of its organization,structure and function under the social mobility,so it holds the view that the clan,as one kind of cultural tradition full of vitality,may accomplish the modernization in the evolution.
