成都体育学院运动训练专业课程改革探析

摘　　要：通过文献资料、逻辑归纳和调查访问等方法对成都体育学院运动训练专业课程设置进行分析、讨论,结果表明:由于就业岗位的激烈竞争,社会对体育人才需求的提高,导致运动训练专业的就业出路较难;相对于其他专业来说,运动训练专业没有明显的优势;同专业不同专项就业情况也出现很大的差异等,因此运动训练专业的课程改革已经成为刻不容缓的问题。本文就我院运动训练专业近几年学生就业情况等对其培养方案及课程改革提出一定建议。Though the analysis and the discussion about the establishment of the Chengdu Sports Institute movement training special course by literature material,logical induction,investigation visit and other methods,finally indicated：As a result of the employment post steep competition,the society to the sports talented person demand enhancement,causes the movement training specialized employment outlet to be difficult;relative to other specialties,there is no obvious superiority in movement training specialty;there are many differences in the different specialty＇s employment situation,therefore the movement training specialized curriculum reformed already becomes the urgent question.This article gives a proposal to raise plan and the curriculum reforms on the employment situation of the Chengdu Sports Institute movement training specialized near four sessions of graduates.
