培养健美操专项学生适应教育教学就业需求的研究

摘　　要：通过文献资料、问卷调查等方法,对近两年来安徽省高校体育院系健美操专项毕业生就业及社会需求现状进行调查分析,结果表明:就业去向重点集中在中小学体育教学。目前中小学校对健美操专项毕业生有较大的需求,影响健美操专项毕业生就业因素有学生就业观念偏高,教学能力欠缺,技能薄弱,综合素质有待提高等,提出高校健美操教学内容体系需加以完善、加强学生技能和实践能力的培养、进一步增强自身实力等对策,为提高健美操专项毕业生在教育教学岗位的就业率提供理论参考。Through using the methods of literature and questionnaire investigation,this paper makes analysis on the current situation of the employment and needs of the aerobics field graduates from Anhui province colleges in recent two years.The result shows that primary and middle schools have a big demand for aerobics field graduates.But the employment of aerobics field graduates is influenced by some factors：too high expectations for employment,lacking of teaching abilities,poor overall qualities.The teaching aims of college aerobics field graduates must meet the needs of society.Based on it,the paper puts forward that the teaching contents should be systematized,students professional ability should be improved and the practice ability should be cultivated.The main purpose is to provide theoretical reference for improving rates of aerobics field graduates on physical teaching post.
