摘 要:利用气相色谱法对引自加拿大植物基因资源中心的82份亚麻材料和国内23份亚麻品种进行脂肪酸含量的测定,并对各组分进行相关性分析。结果表明,亚麻籽中的平均脂肪酸含量顺序为亚麻酸(47.34%)>油酸(28.62%)>亚油酸(13.15%)>棕榈酸(5.16%)>硬脂酸(4.76%)。油分含量与亚麻酸、棕榈酸呈极显著正相关(r=0.30**,r=0.25*)*,与硬脂酸、亚油酸呈极显著负相关(r=-0.30**,r=-0.30*)*,与油酸呈负相关性,但未达到显著。亚麻酸与其他四种脂肪酸都呈负相关性,其中与硬脂酸、油酸达到极显著负相关(r=-0.52**,r=-0.87*)*。亚麻品种间脂肪酸组分差异极大,发现一些优异种质资源,为今后亚麻品质育种奠定基础。Fatty acid composition and theircorrelation with otherquality traits in linseed varieties (82 materials from PGRC,23 varieties from China) were analyzed by the gas chromatography.The results showed that average content of fatty acid was from high to low ranked as linolenic (47.34%),oleic acid (28.62%),linoleic (13.15%),palmitic acid (5.16%),and stearic acid (4.76%).Oil content was positively correlated with linolenic,palmitic acid (r=0.30^**,r=0.25^**) and negatively correlated with stearic acid,linoleic (r=-0.30^**,r=-0.30^**),respectively.Oil content was negatively correlated with oleic acid but did not reach to the significant level.Linolenic was negatively correlated with the other fatty acid and reached to the negatively significant level with stearic acid,oleic acid (r=-0.52^**,r=-0.87^**).There was significant difference in fatty acid composition.Some excellentgermplasms were found and laid a foundation forquality breeding in the future.
