摘 要:试验为2×2的两因子试验设计。选用23周龄高低脂系肉种母鸡各384羽,分为4个处理组,每组12个重复,每个重复16只。当产蛋率达到5%时,进行日粮处理,高低脂系母鸡分别饲喂中国鸡饲养标准(NY/T33-2004)推荐的需要量和75%的需要量。试验持续到54周龄。结果表明,饲料采食量与品系在产蛋量、蛋重上存在显著的交互作用(P<0.05)。不同品系对产蛋量和破蛋率有着显著的影响(P<0.05)。高脂系母鸡的产蛋量显著高于低脂系,破蛋率显著低于低脂系(P<0.05)。采食量限饲显著降低了蛋重,显著提高了蛋形指数和产蛋量(P<0.05)。不同品系在产蛋量、蛋重、破蛋率、蛋黄颜色上表现出不同的母体效应(P<0.05)。The effects offeed intake on laying performance and egg quality oftwo broilerstrains during the laying period (from the 34th to the 54thweek) were investigated.An experiment in a 2×2 factorial design was conducted with two dietary intake levels (the recommended daily feed intake by MOA of China and 75% ofthat) and two broilerstrains (Fat line and Lean line).Two strains of hens (n=384 of each strain) at the 23rd week of the age were randomly divided into four treatments.Each treatment included 12 replicates of 16 birds.When the laying rate reached 5%,the experiment started,until to the 54th week of the age.The results showed that there was a significant interaction between the dietary intake and the strain on egg production,and egg weight (P〈0.05).The strain had a significant effect on egg production and crack eggs (P〈0.05).Fat line hens had a higheregg production and a lowercrack egg rate than those of the Lean line hens (P〈0.05).Low feed intake decreased the egg weight and increased the eggshell index and the egg production significantly (P〈0.05).Strains had a different maternal effect on egg production,egg weight and crack eggs (P〈0.05).
