摘　　要：提高城市道路养护管理水平是市政工程管理部门的一项现实任务。介绍了养护管理评价指标功能、设置原则和影响因素。评价指标是城市交通的路、车、人三要素的体现。评价指标包括道路技术状况指标(路面状况、路面行驶质量、路面结构能力、路面抗滑能力)和社会效益综合评价指标(信息化管理程度、道路临时占用率、文明施工达标率、社会评价满意度)。It is a realistic task to improve urban road maintenance management level for municipal engineering administration departments. The evaluation index function, layout principle and influence factors of maintenance management are introduced in the paper. The evaluation index is a concentrated expression of road, vehicle and pedestrian in urban traffic, and it is composed of road technique index （pavement condition, running quality, pavement structure capacity and anti-sliding performance） and social effect comprehensive evaluation index （information management, road temporary occupation rate, civilized-construction rate and degree of social satisfaction）.
