摘 要:介绍了以三甲胺、二乙胺、乙二胺、盐酸以及醋酸为原料合成4种相对分子质量较小的粘土防膨剂方法;并将这4种防膨剂分别与氯化钾、氯化铵、氯化钾和氯化铵混合物复配;考察了4种防膨剂用量、防膨剂与复配物质量比对防膨率的影响。结果表明,防膨剂用量选择1.0%较合适,4种防膨剂中乙二胺盐酸盐防膨率最高,达88.3%;与氯化钾复配物中三甲胺盐酸盐复配物防膨率最高,达91.6%;与氯化铵复配物中二乙胺盐酸盐复配防膨率最高,达91.9%;与氯化钾和氯化铵混合物复配物中乙二胺盐酸盐复配物防膨率最高,达91.3%。The methods for synthesizing four kinds of anti - swelling agents for clay with low molecular weight using trimethylamine, diethylamine, ethylenediamine, hydrochloric acid and acetic acid as raw materials were presented. The above mentioned anti - swelling agents were compounded with KCl, NH4Cl, and mixture of KCl/NH4Cl. The effects of anti - swelling agents'content , mass ratio of the anti - swelling agent to chlorides on anti - swelling rate were examined. The result showed that it was proper when the content of anti - swelling agent was 1.0%. Among the four anti - swelling agents, ethylenediamine hydrochloride was the best with the anti - swelling rate up to 88.3%. The best composite for clay was triethylamine/KCl with anti -swelling rate of 91.6% among the composites containing KCl, and the best composite was diethylamine/NH4Cl with anti - swelling rate of 91.9% among the composites containing NH4Cl,and the best composite was ethylenediamine/ NH4Cl/KCl with anti - swelling rate of 91.3% among the composites containing mixture of NH4Cl/KCl.
