摘 要:确保荧光显示管在良好工作下谋求降低功耗。阴极需提供充裕电流,这是栅耗得以降低的基础条件。选用高效荧光粉,谨防受污染变质和减小阳极电阻可降低板耗。栅极靠近板极,栅丝做细,屏蔽系数取小和去掉多余边框和栅丝可降低栅耗。在同等加热功率下增加氧化物阴极丝条数和涂层厚度,熔封工艺中避免涂层受损,在10-5Pa以上的真空环境中短暂高温还原与长时间电流激活相结合获得良好阴极活性,可降低阴极功耗。In this paper,the ways of reducing the power loss in vacuum fluorescent display tubes are discussed.It is necessary that the cathode should provide sufficient plate current,which is also a basic condition for the reduction of the grid dissipation power.Through research and experimentation,we have come to the conclusion that the plate dissipation power can be reduced by using highly effective and non polluted fluorescent powder,as well as by reducing the resistance of the anode.The grid dissipation power can be reduced by moving the grid closer to the plate and making the grid filament finer,or by choosing a smaller shielding factor and cutting off the unnecessary frame.The cathode dissipation power can be reduced by increasing the number of the filaments of the oxide coated cathode and the thickness of the coating layer in the same heating power,preventing any damage to the coating layer during the heating process,and brief reduction at high temperatures and long time current activation for cathode in a vacuum system with a vacuum of about 10 -5 Pa so as to obtain desirable activity of the cathode.
