月经周期对女性与性兴奋相关神经活动的调控

摘　　要：与男性不同,女性有一系列与月经周期相偶联的生理-心理行为的变化。已经知道,在生理上月经周期是体内一系列激素水平周期性变化的表现,但是,月经周期在性心理层次上的影响尚未得到充分的阐明。本文通过功能核磁共振成像的方法,研究了健康女性在月经周期内受视觉性刺激时有关脑区活动性的变化。通过比较被试在月经期、排卵期以及月经周期其它时期接受视觉性刺激时大脑的活动差异。作者发现,在女性排卵期时,与性唤起相关的脑区在接受同样的视觉性刺激时其兴奋程度不如月经周期其它时期;而在包括月经期在内的周期其它时期之间则无显著差异。或者说,女性在排卵期最不容易被性唤起;另外,月经期并不影响大脑对于性刺激的处理。本文在人类不是纯粹对偶结合的性策略的观点基础上对本实验结果给出了一个初步的解释。Women have a series of cyclical behavioral/psychological changes which are coupling to menstrual cycle. It has been evidenced that the physiological phenomenon of menstrual cycle is the result of cyclic fluctuations of some sexual hormone, but the psychological aspect of menstrual cycle is still not clearly established. The present study investigates the cortical activity difference response to visual sexual stimuli between different phases of menstrual cycle by functional MRI. Our results revealed that significant activation in the comparison was observed in non - ovulatory phases of the menstrual cycle. It indicated that brain activity differs in the ovulatory phase of the menstrual cycle compared to during other menstrual phases, and the mens does not affect the sexual information processing. We interpret our result based on the assumption that Homo Sapiens is not pure pair - bonding in his evolution and nature.
