摘  要:目的探讨中医辩证治疗对单纯性肥胖儿童血脂及早期动脉粥样病变的影响及疗效。方法 72例6~14岁单纯性肥胖儿童按就诊顺序随机分为两组,治疗组37例,应用中药辩证施治结合运动治疗;对照组35例仅给予运动治疗。疗程均为3个月,治疗前后均应用多普勒超声检测肱动脉血流介导的内皮依赖性扩张功能,测定反映粥样硬化危险性的血浆同型半胱氨酸的含量,用生化分析法检测全套血脂进行比较。结果治疗组患儿肱动脉血流介导的内皮依赖性扩张功能变化明显优于对照组(P<0.01),血脂治疗组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-ch)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)明显低于对照组(P<0.01);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-ch)、载脂蛋白A(apoA)差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论中医辩证治疗能有效的改善单纯性肥胖儿童血脂变化,并能减缓早期动脉粥样病变的进展。Objective Treatment of Chinese Medicine of the lipids in simple obese children and early atherosclerotic lesions and clinical effects. Methods 72 cases of obese children were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of visits. The treatment group (37 cases) treated by traditional Chinese medicine combined with exercise therapy. The control group (35 cases) only received of exercise therapy. Course of treatment was 3 months before and after treatment were detected by Doppler ultrasound of brachial artery flow-mediated endothelium-dependent dilatation was measured to reflect risk of atherosclerosis, plasma homocysteine levels, with the biochemical analysis full lipid test were compared. Results The treatment group suffered brachial artery flow-mediated endothelium-dependent expansion of functional changes than the control group (P〈0.05), Treatment group; total cholesterol lipid (TC), Triglyceride (TG), Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-ch), Apolipoprotein B (apoB), much lower than the contrast group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Chinese Medicine of the therapy can improve blood lipid changes in obese children, and can slow down the early progress of atherosclerotic lesions.
