摘  要:分别采用丝网印刷和浸渍法两种工艺制备了固体氧化物电解池(SOEC)铁酸锶镧(LSF)基复合阳极,通过XRD、TEM、SEM等手段对LSF粉体和复合材料的相结构和微观结构进行了分析,利用电位扫描以及电化学阻抗谱(EIS)比较了这些复合阳极在SOEC工作温度800-C时的电化学性能.结果表明,采用共沉淀-共沸蒸馏(CP-AD)合成的LSF20(La0.8Sr0.2FeO3-δ)粉体粒径约为20~30nm,其都分布在氧化锆(YSZ)陶瓷骨架上;800℃时,浸渍法工艺制备的LSF20-YSZ复合阳极在0.1V极化过电位下的极化电流值为0.38~0.49A/cm2,约为丝网印刷工艺制备的电化学性能的2~2.5倍.Sr-doped LaFeO3(LSF)based composite anodes of solid oxide electrolysis cell(SOEC)were prepared by screen printing and ion impregnating respectively.XRD,TEM and SEM were used to analyze the phases and microstructures of the powders and the composites.In addition,anodic polarization tests and electrochemical impedance spectra(EIS)analysis were used to study their electrochemical properties at 800-C which was the working temperature of SOEC.The results show that the grain size of LSF20(La0.8Sr0.2FeO3-δ)powder prepared by coprecipitation-azeotropic distillation(CP-AD)method is in the range of 20-30nm.The LSF powders spread on the surface of yttria-stabilized zirconia(YSZ)ceramic skeleton.The anodic polarization current densities of LSF20-YSZ composite anodes prepared by ion impregnating method are 0.38-0.49A/cm2 under 0.1V overpotential at 800-C,which is almost 2-2.5 times as much as that of screen printing process.
