摘　　要：阐述了当前某电子类企业管理现状及现代企业资源计划（ＥＲＰ）管理技术情况，提出一ＥＰＰ系统研制开发的体系结构。利用面向对象的思想分析和设计系统，构造对象模型及协作模型；采用ＡｃｔｉｖｅＸ技术将模型中的对象制作成ＯＣＸ控件，再将控件嵌入支持ＯＬＥ技术标准的开发平台，组建ＥＲＰ原形系统。最后介绍了系统的特点和应用。This paper discusses a enterprise situation and modern ERP tecnology intodays markting environmevt,proposes a ERP software development model using object-oriented technology.Aftr an analysis has been made of ERP system, an object-oriented model and an object cooperative model are given,furthe model and an object cooperative model are given,further is a discussion of using Activx building Ocx component,then constructs ERP original shape system.systm.last indicates this system characteristics and applications.
